Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applies to the inaugural in-person cohort. Please read this before you pay.

- Payment deadline
- Full payment is due 7 days before session 1. Your seat is confirmed only once payment is received. Unpaid seats are released to the waiting list.
- Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable once received, whether or not you attend.
- Seat transfer
- If you can't attend, you may transfer your seat once to the next available cohort. Email kas@kai-netics.com before session 1 begins. After session 1 starts, no refunds or transfers are available.
- If we cancel
- If KAI-Netics cancels or reschedules the cohort, you choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next cohort. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- FAA exam fee
- Tuition includes one initial FAA knowledge-test attempt. The exam voucher is non-refundable once issued. Retest fees are the student's responsibility.
- Exam Confidence Commitment
- Eligible students who don't pass their first FAA exam receive a personalized study plan and up to two hours of instructor-led group review. It is additional preparation support, not a refund, a repeat course or a guaranteed result. See the full terms.
